"the little farm" in patois

Tribute to the peasant roots of the chef: Florian DESCOURS, born in Privas (Ardèche), the smallest prefecture in France.

At La Bòria, there is a spirit shared by the chef, his pastry chef, Xavier BALLIN and the whole team: The Product first, local, seasonal, shaped, from farm-to-table, at a reasoned price.

The bread is homemade as well as the charcuterie made from pigs bred for us by Stéphanie in Saint Cirgues up in the Ardèche mountains.

At La Bòria, there is a spirit shared by the whole team: the PRODUCT first. Local, seasonal, shaped, from farm-to-table and at a reasoned price. 80 to 90% of our products come from reasoned Ardèche crops and farming.

This philosophy is spotlighted by the Cuisine – at the restaurant but as well as with the catering during special events -, the delicate design of the restaurant room, the ethical selection of mostly local wines and the choice of cheeses, paying tribute to the passioned breeders’ work.
